Reporting content
Content that you consider illegal, sent through the service (request, message, image, attachment), may be reported to missions@serotonin-app.com, in French or in English. Please state the request number or the location of the content, the reasons why you consider it illegal, and your name and email address. Édouard examines each report and informs you of the action taken. He may remove content that is contrary to the law or to the applicable terms; he then informs its author and states the reason, unless the law or the safety of a person prevents this.
Consumer mediation
No service is currently offered for sale on this site. The contact details of the consumer mediator to whom a consumer client may refer will be provided before requests open.
Professional insurance
The activity carried on does not fall within a regulated profession that is, as such, subject to an insurance obligation. Where a particular mission is subject to an insurance obligation or requires specific cover, the Provider checks the corresponding cover before offering it. The Provider has nevertheless chosen to take out professional liability insurance suited to the missions offered.
This policy is not yet in force. No mission is offered for sale before it is in force for the category concerned.
